Any Return, Refund or exchange is eligible if it is claimed within 10 days of Purchase/delivery via call or email and it meets our criteria:
Terms & Conditions:
- The product is damaged, stained, defected or incomplete.
- The product delivered does not match the product ordered.
- The product is unwashed and not used in any way.
- The product is in its original and undamaged packing (careful opened package will not be considered damaged).
- The product received does not match the size ordered.
- The minimum time for processing return or exchange is 3-5 working days.
- The minimum period for processing refund is 7-10 working days depending on mode of payment.
- In case of REFUND shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
- This policy applies to local orders only.
